The Kentucky Public Human Resource Association (KPHRA) is committed to offering high-quality, impactful training opportunities designed to meet the professional development needs of public HR professionals at every stage of their careers. KPHRA hosts two signature training events each year:
1. Spring Conference: This comprehensive 2 ½-day conference, held annually in May, is a highly anticipated event among HR professionals across Kentucky. The Spring Conference provides an immersive experience, featuring workshops, panel discussions, and keynote presentations on current issues, trends, and best practices in public sector HR.
