About Kentucky Public Human Resources Association

KPHRA is an independent association devoted to professionalism and technical advancement in the management of human resources in the public sector. Administrative officials in KPHRA include not only those with exclusive responsibility for the personnel function, but many others who carry multiple responsibilities that include administrative or technical aspects of human resources management. Current members include administrative staff and division directors affiliated with municipal and county governments, independent boards and commissions, area development districts, and agencies of state government, as well as instructors and students in public administration and related fields.
