Professional Networking: KPHRA connects public HR professionals across Kentucky, offering opportunities to network, share knowledge, and collaborate on best practices and challenges specific to the public sector.
Events and Training: KPHRA hosts two major events annually: a 2 ½-day Spring Conference in May and a 1-day intensive Fall Workshop in November. These events provide in-depth training, SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs), and opportunities for networking and collaboration.
Resource Sharing and Support: Membership includes exclusive access to a dynamic listserv where members can engage in discussions on key topics such as employee relations, benefits administration, and policy updates. This network serves as an invaluable support tool, fostering collaboration and sharing solutions between conferences to strengthen the HR community!
Community and Collaboration: Joining KPHRA means becoming part of a supportive community that fosters collaboration and mentorship among public HR professionals in Kentucky.
